Insurance claims
Alex Bowles Physiotherapy has agreed to work with AVIVA and WPA insurance companies.

Please note, from January 2026 Alex will no longer be working with AXA Health.
WPA patients are kindly asked to pay Alex Bowles Physiotherapy directly at the end of each appointment. Upon payment, an invoice will be emailed directly to the patient so that they may claim back the cost according to their policy
AVIVA patients should provide their membership number and claim reference so that Alex Bowles Physiotherapy can invoice them directly.
In all cases, it is the responsibility of the patient to check whether their insurance company will reimburse the full cost of treatment. Any excess will be charged to the patient directly. It is recommended that patients check this before booking.
Any conditions applied to treatment, such as number of sessions authorised, should be discussed with Alex prior to the initial assessment.

If requested, an invoice can be emailed to the patient after treatment as proof of payment.
